Message	Tough for others to tell you what to do, but I can tell you what I would do. Hopefully this post will light some fires under them and they will satisfy you within the week. I would give them until Thursday evening, and if no recourse is made, then I would contact the Better Business Bureau and see what they might be able to do to help. But let them know your plans to contact the BBB ONLY if you aren't satisfied on Thursday.
